As usual! Big, big, congratulations go out to Cris and Tyrell who competed in the Cape Epic stage race in South Africa last week. Cris didn’t finish but he pushed himself to the very limit, it sounded like difficult conditions and un-plumbed depths for the duo. I’ve got big respect for them.
